  1. To install Service Assistant, unzip all files to a 3.5 high density
  2. disk. Then from that drive type (install.exe) answer all the prompts
  3. by accepting the default values. The installer program does all the
  4. rest.
  5.  You can not install SA from the same drive the installer program is located
  6. therefore it is best to follow the procedure above.
  7.
